Sunday I whipped up a recipe I called Coconut Berry Cloud. Yesterday after supper I made something I’m calling Decadent Coconut Berry Bliss. One of the best things about being on the Trim Healthy Mama plan is eating something that tastes like you’re cheating on your diet…but you’re not! I love the Cake in a Mug recipe in the Trim Healthy Mama book (on page 379 of the original plan book ). It is quick, easy and delicious. It’s so hard to believe that it’s a completely flourless chocolate cake and actually healthy!
Cranberries…you either love them or hate them. I grew up loving the jellied cranberry stuff in the can. I still like it, I’ll be honest. But once I tried fresh cranberries…oh the wonders to behold. Have you read the ingredients on a bottle of salad dressing lately? Holy cow…since when do you need over 20 ingredients for something as simple as a vinaigrette? Yikes!
